Refinery Factory Licence (RF)

Overview
The Refinery Factory Licence (RF) is required for palm oil mills and crude palm kernel oil (CPKO) processing facilities. It permits the sale and export of processed palm oil products and by-products. This licence also covers the production of fatty acids and other derivatives.
