- Business must be conducted in permitted buildings: a) Hotel b) Commercial complex c) Shop house - Must have a business licence from local authority (MDKP) - Applicant must have a business or company registration certificate issued by the Companies Commission of Malaysia. - Must be located at least 100 meters away from predominantly Muslim residential areas - Must be at least 100 meters away from mosques and schools - Must operate no later than 10:00 PM - Required documents for new application or renewal: a) Application form available at the District and Land Office Kuala Pilah (5 copies) b) Copy of identity card (5 copies) c) Applicant's photo (5 copies) d) Copy of business licence from MDKP (5 copies) e) Copy of SSM (5 copies)
