Application requirements
- One (1) copy of company registration (ROC) / business (ROB) / organization (Form 9 and Form 49 or Form D with business and owner information)
- One (1) copy of identity card OR passport
- One (1) copy of certificate of occupancy (CF) OR Certificate of Compliance (CCC/CFO)
- Floor plan and photos of premises (exterior, interior, and rear)
- Approval letter for premises modification (if any modifications are made inside or outside the premises)
Agency fee breakdown
NEW APPLICATION/ RENEWAL
RM10.00 per lot per year with a minimum fee of RM250.00 per year for each parking space.
These are amounts payable to Perbadanan Putrajaya. Emerhub's service fee is quoted separately when you engage us.
