Application requirements
- Written application to be submitted to the Director of Operations Zone (Customs) / State Customs Director / Federal Territory Labuan Customs Director with supporting documents such as:
- A copy of the location plan showing the requested site, certified by the relevant Land Office.
- Confirmation letter from the Port Authority regarding landing/loading activities that cannot be conducted at designated ports.
- Description of the goods.
- Submission of rental agreement documents from the owner of the site where unloading/landing activities will take place (if applicable).
- Submission of documents/letters of approval from the local authority where unloading/landing activities will be conducted.
- For applications, the company must submit E-info SSM/business registration documents from the Local Authority.
- Copy of the identity card of the owner and company directors.
- Appointment letter of representative/power of attorney if the applicant is not the owner or a board member (if applicable).
- Documents related to the activities to be carried out by the applicant (Project documents/offer letters/project awards, etc.).
Agency fee breakdown
Bank Guarantee or Bond of RM10,000.00 based on the duration of the approval granted.
