Eligible applicants
Private limited companies (Sdn. Bhd.)
Application requirements
- One shareholder must be a former senior officer of the Royal Malaysian Police or Malaysian Armed Forces with at least 30% equity.
- The company must be a private limited company (Sdn. Bhd.) with individual shareholding.
- Must have a paid-up capital of RM600,000.00 for License 2(a) or RM50,000.00 for License 2(b).
- 70% of the company's shares must be owned by Bumiputera.
- All directors and shareholders must pass security screening.
- No directors or shareholders should be bankrupt.
- The maximum age of all directors and shareholders must be 70 years at the time of the first application.
Agency fee breakdown
License 2(a): RM3,000 and must be renewed annually before December 31
License 2(b): RM300 and must be renewed annually before December 31
