Application requirements
- 1 copy of the applicant's identity card
- Completed application form for the extraction and collection of rock materials
- 1 copy of the ESCP land plan (topographic plan) by a licensed surveyor
- Copy of the land revenue receipt for the current year
- Letter of consent from the landowner if the applicant is not the landowner
- Letter of consent from the landowner if using other land as access
- Photographs of the land condition if available

Vehicle pass fee = RM30 (1 piece)
Docket fee = RM6 (1 book)
Royalty fee for rock materials:
a) Land sand = 1 docket (50 pieces) = RM1200
b) River sand = 1 docket (50 pieces) = RM1200
c) Quarry stone = 1 docket (50 pieces) = RM1000
d) Red earth = 1 docket (50 pieces) RM750
e) Red bricks = 1 docket (50 pieces) RM400
