- Applicants must submit a letter of application either individually or as a group, listing the names of all individuals involved and including a copy of each applicant's identity card. - Applications can be submitted to any State or District Forestry office, and approval is subject to verification by the Department. - A permit holder is only allowed to enter the Permanent Forest Reserve for a specific period as stated in the permit. - Permit holders are also allowed to enter the Permanent Forest Reserve for specific purposes as mentioned in the permit.
