Application requirements

- Obtain written consent from employees for this purpose. - Keep the consent letter and present it to the Director General upon request. - Employees cannot work more than 12 hours a day except under specific conditions. - Employees cannot work more than 5 consecutive hours without a break of at least 30 minutes. - Pay overtime according to the provisions of the Act. - Prepare a schedule for this purpose before the start of each month and inform the employees. - Ensure employees have adequate rest before starting work the next day. - Submit the work schedule and details related to overtime work when requested by the Director General.
