Incorporated companies under the Companies Act 1965

Application requirements

- Company incorporated under the Companies Act 1965; - Company with a manufacturing licence under the Industrial Coordination Act 1975 (for paid-up capital exceeding RM2.5 million); or - MIDA support letter (for paid-up capital less than RM2.5 million) - Company or board of directors has never been convicted under the Copyright Act 1987 (Section 41.1(g)) and/or the Optical Disc Act 2000 (Section 4 and Section 19)
