Application requirements

- Submit a letter of application and relevant documents such as: - Location Plan - Company Registration (SSM) - The licence is issued for a period ending no later than the end of the calendar year in which it is issued and can be renewed for a period not exceeding six (6) months. - PPN may modify, cut, or add conditions to the minor licence upon renewal. - The minor licence cannot be transferred and shall terminate upon the death of the licensee or dissolution of the corporation/company holding the minor licence. - Additional conditions will be communicated from time to time.

Fee Structure :- i- Premium depends on the type of forest product and the area involved. ii - Minor Licence (Form 3) RM 50.00 / per calendar year or part thereof (6 months) iii - Business Registration RM3.00 / per hectare iv - Boundary Marking RM3.00 / per hectare v - Extension of licence RM25.00 / per six (6) months or part thereof Validity Period : - i. The period ends no later than the end of the calendar year in which it is issued and can be renewed by PPN for a period not exceeding six (6) months.
