Application requirements

- Application must be made using Form 2 of the Third Schedule. - Written permission from landowners is required if the area includes owned land or mining sites. - Fees must be paid as specified in the first schedule. - No licence will be granted in areas closed by state authority. - No minerals obtained can be used for trade or sale. - The licence is non-transferable.
