Application requirements

- Original application form for liquor license stamped by the Rompin District and Land Office. - Passport-sized photograph - Copy of Identity Card - Copy of SSM - Location plan of the premises to be operated - Advertisement of application in major newspapers in both languages (Malay and English) - Copy of supporting documents - Company Partnership/Board Members if any - License holders must display the name of the premises. - License holders must maintain records of purchases and sales of beverages. - License holders must allow Customs officers/Board Members to enter the premises for inspection at any time. - License holders must keep the premises and storage clean and satisfactory, not cramped, dark, or cluttered. - Provide uniform signage for the prohibition sign 'No Sale of Alcohol to Persons Under 18 Years and Muslims' must be displayed. - Comply with the stipulated business hours: Retail License (7:00 AM - 9:00 PM). - Comply with the Excise Act 1976.
