Application requirements

- Company must be registered as a business entity under the Companies Commission of Malaysia - Company must obtain a Business License for the business premise from the Melaka Historical City Council or Hang Tuah Jaya Municipal Council - Approval only in the Melaka Raya area - Only non-Muslims can apply; applications from partnerships with Muslim members will be rejected - 24-hour business premises cannot obtain a liquor license - Business premises must be 200 meters away from public buildings, government buildings, all religious activity centers, and educational premises
