Eligible applicants
All entities registered with SSM.
Application requirements
- Original application form for liquor licence stamped by the Rompin District and Land Office.
- Passport-sized photo.
- Copy of Identity Card.
- Copy of SSM registration.
- Location plan of the operating premises.
- Advertisement of application in major newspapers in both Malay and English.
- Copy of supporting documents - Company Partnership/Board Members if applicable.
- License holders must display the name of the premises.
- License holders must maintain records of purchases and sales of beverages.
- License holders must allow Customs officers/Board Members to enter premises for inspection at any time.
- License holders must keep the premises and storage clean and satisfactory, not cramped, dark, or cluttered.
- A uniform sign prohibiting sales to individuals under 18 years and Muslims must be displayed.
- Compliance with designated business hours: Public House Class 1 (10:00 AM - 12:00 AM).
- Compliance with the Excise Act 1976.
