- Complete the liquor licence application form.
- Request comments and recommendations from relevant departments:
- Royal Malaysia Police (PDRM)
- Local Authority (PBT)
- District Health Office
- Royal Customs Malaysia
- Fire and Rescue Department
- Receive comments from relevant departments and record in the Liquor Licence Application Report for the Licensing and Excise Board Meeting.
- Hold a Licensing and Excise Board Meeting.
- Receive the meeting decision and inform the applicant.
