Application requirements
- License holders must comply with all laws of the National Kenaf and Tobacco Board, including the Act and regulations.
- License holders must maintain accurate daily records and accounts related to activities stated in the license.
- Manufacturers must submit a list of distributors and retailers every three (3) months to the Board.
- License holders must notify the Board in writing of any changes to the information provided within the specified time.
- License holders must have the necessary facilities and equipment for the tobacco industry.
- License holders must provide any information and/or records required by LKTN, including vouchers, receipts, cash books, bank statements, inventory, and/or any relevant documents.
- License holders must display the license at all times in a visible location.
