Application requirements
- The machine must be installed and ready for operation.
- The company must be registered with the Companies Commission of Malaysia (SSM).
- Obtain written permission from the local authority or confirmation from relevant government agencies.
- Have a Safety Control System Manual for the water vending machine.
- The applicant must understand all terms and conditions set by the Ministry of Health Malaysia.
Agency fee breakdown
a) RM130.00 (Processing fee, applicable only for new applications);
b) RM150.00 (Licence fee for each machine, applicable for new applications and licence renewals)
Licence validity period: 2 years
