Application requirements

- Ensure that every weighing or measuring instrument used for trade is verified. - Submit complete details of the qualifications and experience of workers performing repairs or servicing to the Chief Inspector within one week of hiring. - Provide a copy of the repair certificate to the Inspector within seven days after repairs are completed. - Maintain a record of all weighing or measuring instruments made or repaired. - Submit complete information/documents requested by the Inspector within three days. - Comply with laws and instructions issued by any authority. - Any violation of the licence conditions is an offense and may result in legal action.
