Application requirements
- Processing premises must be completed and ready for actual operation.
- Company must be registered with the Companies Commission of Malaysia (SSM) or an equivalent agency.
- Processing premises must be registered with the Ministry of Health Malaysia.
- Company must have a Safety Control Manual for Packaged Drinking Water/Natural Mineral Water.
- Product labels must obtain approval from the Food Safety and Quality Program (PKKM).
- Applicants must obtain a Certificate of Support from the Department of Minerals and Geoscience (JMG) state.
