Manufacturers, importers of packaged drinking water

Application requirements

- Processing premises must be built and ready for actual operation. - Company must be registered with the Companies Commission of Malaysia (SSM) or equivalent agency. - Processing premises must be registered with the Ministry of Health Malaysia. - Company must have a Packaged Drinking Water Safety Control Manual. - Product labels must be approved by the Food Safety and Quality Program (PKKM). - For underground water sources, a certificate from the Department of Minerals and Geoscience (JMG) is required. - Applicants must complete all requirements before submission.
