Application requirements
- This licence is non-transferable
- The licence must be renewed annually
- The licensee must provide information as required by FAMA in the specified format
- The licensee and key employees must attend courses organized by FAMA when required
- The licensee must ensure that the fruits for export are always quality controlled and handled in well-equipped facilities
- The licensee must ensure that packaging, grading, and preparation areas are always clean
- Licensees must ensure that key employees involved in handling fruits are always clean and healthy
- The licensee must conduct all fruit exports listed in Schedule 1 of the Fruit Export Regulations 1990 according to FAMA's prescribed methods
- The licensee must inform FAMA of any changes in business address
- Licensees must ensure that business dealings are conducted ethically, honestly, in accordance with regulations, and do not neglect the overall development of the industry
- The licensee must comply with FAMA's GPL regulations.
- Licensees must comply with other conditions that may be set from time to time
- The licensee must adhere to FAMA's Grading, Packaging, and Labeling Regulations (GPL)

RM100 per year (new or renewal)
Valid for one year from the date the licence is issued/renewed
