Application requirements
- Approval letter from the State Secretary's Office and the State Economic Planning Unit to establish an ICD in the respective state.
- Policy approval letter from the Ministry of Finance for the establishment of the ICD.
- After the policy approval letter is issued by the Ministry of Finance, the applicant must contact the relevant JKDM State to meet the conditions set out in the policy approval letter and for further actions.
