- Complete the Hawker Licence Application Form with required documents:
- Composite Business Licence Application Form (RM 3.00)
- Copy of applicant's identity card
- One passport-sized photo
- Copy of the latest TY2 injection certificate for applicant and workers (for food and beverage businesses)
- Copy of Food Handling Course certificate for applicant and workers (for food and beverage businesses)
- Copy of Business Registration Certificate (SSM)
- 2 copies of land ownership (if applicable)
- Landowner's permission letter if operating on private or government land (if applicable)
- Business location photo
- For renewal: Current licence and latest TY2 injection certificate for applicant and workers (for food and beverage businesses)

Patil: RM 10.00
Processing fee: RM 20.00 (new application only)
