Application requirements

- Registration under Section 6B (Franchisee to local franchisor/master franchisee) - The franchisee must have signed a franchise agreement with a registered local franchisor or master franchisee under Section 6 of the Franchise Act (Amendment) 2012. - The company must be registered with the Companies Commission of Malaysia (SSM) under ROC or ROB status. - Ensure that the company's information in the SSM database is up to date, not older than 6 months. - Must have signed a franchise agreement with a registered local franchisor or master franchisee.
