Application requirements
- New application/renewal
- Employers must keep a copy of details as per Regulation 5 (a) and (b) of the 1957 Work Regulations at the workplace.
- A copy of details as per Regulation 5 (c) of the 1957 Work Regulations must be submitted to the Director General on a specified day for inspection or at any time requested in writing.
- The State Labor Director must be informed in writing of the full address where the original employee register is kept.
