Application requirements

- This licence is not transferable. - This licence must be displayed at the business premises. - Licence holders cannot purchase outside the designated area in the licence. - If requested by FAMA, licence holders must submit monthly reports on coconut purchases, sales, and processing. - Licence holders must maintain a business register in Malay at the specified premises. - Each purchase or sale must be documented with an invoice in Malay. - Licence holders cannot appoint assistants to purchase coconuts without written permission from FAMA. - This licence must be renewed before its expiry date. - Licence holders must display a sign at the business premises with specific details. - Licence holders must provide suitable facilities as required by FAMA. - Licence holders must comply with FAMA's Grading, Packaging, and Labelling Regulations.
