- Malaysian citizen - Aged 18 years and above (maximum age limit is 65 years) - Priority given to locals residing in Kedah - No criminal record - Not declared bankrupt - Minimum qualification of credit in Malay language (new applications) - Proficient in Malay language (new applications) - Certified copy of Business Registration Certificate or Company Memorandum - Statutory Declaration Act 1960 - 2 professional referees - Own or rented office space in Kedah Darul Aman - 1 certified copy of applicant's identity card (new applications) - 2 passport-sized photographs of the applicant (new applications) - Applicant's profile/resume information (new applications) - Application/renewal deadline is October 31 of the relevant year.
