- Copy of the latest land title search
- Copy of the latest land tax
- Copy of the Identity Card/Passport for the lessee and lessor (for individual applicants)
- Copy of the Identity Card of the company director, company resolution, and SSM search for lessee and lessor (for company applicants)
- Copy of the Lease Agreement and Form 15A
- Site plan of the leased land
Agency fee breakdown
New Application/Renewal
Fees are as follows:
1. RM100.00 per title/unit for residential/agricultural land use.
2. RM200.00 per title/unit for business land use.
3. RM300.00 per title/unit for industrial land use.
