Eligible applicants
Sole proprietorships, partnerships, companies, limited liability partnerships, government agencies, consultants, cooperatives, associations, or institutions.
Application requirements
- Applicant must be a Malaysian citizen and a company registered with the Companies Commission of Malaysia (SSM)
- Country of origin of the imported animal feed or feed additives must be known
- Specifications of the animal feed or feed additives must be known and comply with set requirements
- Manufacturing, packaging, and labeling of the animal feed or feed additives must be known
- Animal feed or feed additives must not be contaminated or likely to carry diseases to animals or humans
- Must be registered under other relevant Acts
- Must not import prohibited substances (antibiotics, hormones, and other chemicals)
- Must comply with other conditions and requirements under the Animal Feed Act 2009
