NEW APPLICATION/RENEWAL Fees charged for each permit: (1) Rubber - Not less than RM2.00 per tree per year A deposit of fifteen percent of the total fee for the permit must be paid upon issuance as a guarantee for proper execution and compliance with the provisions to which the permit is subject. This deposit may be fully or partially forfeited in case of any violation of the conditions imposed.
